FLARE is a fun way to submit text and URLs from one phone to the next securely, quickly, and silently.
Instructions:
- Sending phone: press the "send" button
- Press "set data," and then put in your message or URL
- Receiving phone: hold the phone on top of the other phone such that the camera is directly on the screen
- Press begin capture
- Sending phone: press transmit
- After the transmission is done, the receiving phone will have received the message!
- Send more messages!

Notes:
- You cannot receive on devices that aren't an iPhone 5, iPhone 5s, iPhone 6, iPhone 6+
